Lucknow : City Montessori School, Anand Nagar Campus and Aliganj (Campus II) organized 'Divine Education Conferences' at CMS Kanpur Road
Auditorium today. CMS Anand Nagar Campus ' Divine Education Conference was held in the morning wherein CMS students strongly pledged to save sparrows. Mr Rajshekhar, IAS, District Magistrate, Lucknow and Mr Rajesh Pandey, IPS, SSP Lucknow administered oath to CMS students to conserve sparrows and the CMS students and parents pledged to plunge themselves deep into this sacred mission and they also vowed to inspire others including their neighbourhood. It may be mentioned here that the Chief Minister Mr Akhilesh Yadav has announced to observe 'Sparrow Day in Uttar Pradesh on 20th March to mark the 'World Sparrow Day' for which various schools of Lucknow today took pledge to save sparrows.Earlier, the Chief Guest of the Divine Education Conference of CMS Anand Nagar Campus, Dr Meeta Singh, PR Education Society, Gramodyog and Paryavaran Shodh Sansthan lit the lamp of learning to formally inaugurate it in a blissful atmosphere. Students of this Campus presented various educational-cultural items mesmerizing one and all. They presented holy and divine thoughts of all religions making their parents realize that, God is One, religion is one, only the paths to reach Him are different. Students who excelled in different competitions and stood first in annual examination were awarded prizes. Speaking on this occasion, Founder of CMS and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that CMS students have always been ahead in academics, social areas and contribute in socially useful innovative things. Today CMS students took pledge to conserve sparrows and I am very sure that with the combined efforts of 52000 CMS students and their parents will definitely yield some fruitful result, said Dr Gandhi. information and communication revolution has broadened the perspective of education. In the present scenario, spiritual and divine education is very significant to guide young generation move ahead with moral, good character and spiritual cogency, she said.
