Lucknow: : At the 'Divine Education Conferences' organized by different campuses of City Montessori School, the students put up their best performances and won several hearts with their talents.. While on one hand, CMS Aliganj (Campus I) organized
its 'Divine Education Conference' at the school campus, on the other hand, CMS Mahanagar (Campus I) and Rajendra Nagar (Campus III) celebrated the 'Divine Education Conference' with utmost zeal and fervor at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. They showcased their talents through singing, dancing, skits etc. Students presented a panorama of beautiful thoughts on religions before parents that conveyed the message that all religions lead
to one God. They gave speeches on universal values, global understanding and service to the world and excellence in all things that amazed the parents and guardians and brought them closer to the school. On this occasion, the meritorious students, who had given brilliant performances in academics, co-curricular activities and sports throughout the year, were honoured. Divine Education Conference of CMS Aliganj (Campus I) was ceremoniously inaugurated by CMS President, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon by lighting the lamp of
learning. Addressing the parents and guardians on this occasion, Prof. Kingdon said that the current age of science and technology requires children to develop a global perspective. Children need to be taught in a technologically advanced environment and encouraged to strive hard to not only make them smart, but also sound individuals. Parents and teachers need to set good examples before them and create a congenial atmosphere, imparting moral values at the same time. Mrs Jyoti Kashyap, Senior Principal of CMS Aliganj (Campus I) said on this occasion that meaningful education casts an exhaustive impact on people. CMS motivates its students to imbibe socially useful knowledge and put it to best use. The 'Divine Education Conference' of CMS Mahanagar (Campus I) and CMS Rajendra Nagar (Campus III), held at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium witnessed outstanding students of these campuses presenting colourful educational and cultural items. While addressing the audience, Mrs. Nisha Pandey, Principal of CMS Mahanagar (Campus I) stated that CMS is determined to nurture its students as Total Quality Person and therefore,
realizes the need to conduct conferences like such. Mrs. Jayashree Krishnana, Principal of CMS Rajendra Nagar (Campus III) said that a strong foundation of good values can be laid down only during the initial childhood years. The purpose of education is to hone the skills of children, making them a morally sound and smart citizens of the world.
